Faith And Healing – Read Matt 17:14-22

As we are coming down the hill, a boy comes up with his father. Both of them look frightened and tired. We can tell it has been a long journey for them, and they are full of hurt, fear, and disappointment. The boy doesn’t talk much. The father is kneeling down, pleading. “Please help my son. He has fits and falls into the water and fireplace! Your friends couldn’t help.” Jesus takes the boy by the hand and heals him. The disciples are amazed. Jesus says that sometimes, even things that seem impossible can happen by faith.
Talk to Jesus, the boy and his father.
What does healing mean?
Is it the same thing as changing who we are?
Which of my limits are parts of me – and which are things to be healed?
