Australian Mission Network

The Australian Mission Network (AMN) is a committee which is formed by members of religious congregations, working in partnership with Catholic Mission, to be of service to Catholic Religious Australia (CRA) and the wider church community in promoting mission.

Our purpose is to promote an awareness of God’s mission and the role of religious and all Christians in that mission. It is also to enable ongoing conversation on global mission in the Australian Church and to be a forum for sharing mission activities and challenges.

The major activity of the AMN is, together with Catholic Mission, to organise and facilitate the bi-annual Mission: One Heart Many Voices Conference, held in Sydney. In between conference years the AMN organises other workshops and colloquiums with visiting speakers relevant to the Australian Church community.
