Two Benedictine Sisters from the US have arrived in Australia for a month-long visit during which they will give a series of retreats and workshops across three states, focusing on the connection between Benedictine spirituality and eco-spirituality, reports The Good Oil.

The Sisters of Saint Joseph have farewelled their large community house in New Town, Tasmania, but their presence in the state remains, reports the Mary MacKillop News.

Taking part in the Siloam Program for spiritual direction was “a journey of growth” for Fr Yon Wiryono SVD, which he says has not only helped him see the reality of his life through the lense of spirituality, but confirmed his call to help others see that reality in their lives, too.
