A life-giving ministry of presence to others

Sr Kim Barnes, a Lochinvar Josephite, is a chaplain at Catholic Care social services. She writes that in her role she tries to be a presence to others in their times of joy as well as their times of pain. It is a ministry that is interesting, life-giving, unpredictable and at times challenging but it also brings many blessings which have brought her and those to whom she reaches out, to a much deeper and closer relationship with God.

Indigenous communities on front foot in keeping communities COVID-safe
