CRA EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Substitution
If after booking an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place at no cost, please notified CRA in writing as soon as possible before the seminar/event is scheduled to commence by email: secretariat@catholicreligious.org.au.

Refunds
Cancellations more than eight (8) working days before the event will be refunded 100% of the registration fee. Venues require notification of attendance numbers seven working days before a seminar. Therefore, cancellations less than seven (7) working days before the event will receive no refund. If we have booked with an external provider, for example, a hotel or other venue, and they do not give a refund, then we will not be able to provide a refund. However, you may provide a substitute participant seven days before the event.

Terms & Conditions
CRA reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any of the arrangements contained in a programme. In the unlikely event that CRA must cancel an event, CRA does not accept responsibility for attendees' transport or accommodation expenses.
